Do I have to book a monthly content plan?

No. One-time product photography packages are available for businesses that only need a single project. Monthly content plans are available for brands that want consistent photography, fresh marketing content, website updates, and priority scheduling throughout the year.

What's included in each package?

Each package includes a set number of products, professionally edited images, and styling based on the package you choose. Higher-tier packages include additional images, lifestyle photography, advanced styling, and more comprehensive content. Custom packages are also available for businesses with unique needs.

How do I get my products to you?

You can ship your products directly to my Colorado Springs studio, or if you're local, we can arrange a drop-off or pickup after your project details have been finalized.

Can you help with more than product photography?

Absolutely! Through Gypsy Eyes Visual Branding Studio, I offer logo design, Squarespace website design, personal branding photography, product photography, and complete branding packages to help businesses create a cohesive visual identity.

Can you photograph products in real-world settings?

Yes. In addition to studio product photography, I offer lifestyle product photography that showcases your products in authentic environments and tells the story of your brand.

Do you provide props or styling?

Basic styling is included with every product photography package. For projects requiring custom props, elaborate sets, or creative direction, additional styling services are available as an add-on.

How long does it take to receive my images?

Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of your project.

Typical delivery times are:

• Starter Packages: 5–7 business days

• Business Packages: 7–14 business days

• Premium Brand Content Packages: 2–4 weeks

A projected delivery timeline will be provided once your project details are finalized.

Do you keep products after the shoot?

Yes. If you'd like me to hold onto your products for future content creation, secure storage is available for $50 per month.

What happens if I don't pick up or arrange return shipping for my products?

Products should be picked up or return shipping arranged within 30 days after your project is completed. Storage is available for $50 per month for up to 60 days. Products that remain unclaimed after 60 days may be discarded unless other arrangements have been made.

Do you travel for product or branding photography?

Yes. Local projects within my service area are included. Travel outside the local area may require an additional travel fee based on distance and project requirements.

Can I request additional images or revisions?

Absolutely. Additional edited images, products, revisions, and creative services can be added to your package at any time. Pricing can be found on the Additional Services & Add-Ons page.
